Take notice that the bike path you see on the left did not exist
until 2002.
Until then the land was covered in trees and overgrown until they tore down the trees and vegetation, uprooted many animals native to the area and paved over creating the pathway and new egress to the street.
On the top lefthand corner of this first photo they want the (white) pool house removed.
In this next photo showing the newly constructed and paved egress to the street, they want the antique cedar fence on the righthand side moved 2 feet into the property, to the right. To do so will clearly have NO impact on the surrounding land.
