Thank you for
visiting our new site. We are not an advocacy group or institution, just two
homeowners with a story to tell.
Ours is a story of homeowner rights where rights were ignored. Ours is a story
where the laws do not apply, yet we fight to make sure they do. Ours is as
story where a “no-holds-barred” approach to winning was used against us -
including documented and proven false evidence, but it didn't matter.
Ours is a story where judicial discretion is abused in order for the other
party to win.
Ours is a case of government abuse where our local government commenced the
suit because THEY made the error over 40 years ago, and must win at all costs
to keep this from the public eye.
Through this website our task is to inform the public of the truth of this case
in a context where the truth is allowed to be told and the one telling it is
not told ‘up is down and black is white’ or treated as if truth is simply
irrelevant and annoying - when it is the only reason the dispute became a
dispute instead of the subject of a discussion that could easily have resulted
in an amicable resolution. That truth began with coercion and a series of
intimidation tactics and trickery designed to force us to act to our own
detriment out of fear. That was eight years ago. We were sued four years later.
That was almost four years ago.
Ours is a
case where innocent homeowners said no, because there is something wrong with
this picture.
We will post actual documents and information
from our case. These are all documents on file at the County courthouse,
since this case is a matter of public record, should anyone choose to look it
